Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis I would like to state that your semen report is well within normal range as per WHO standards.

Semen is alkaline in nature to avoid killing of the sperms by vaginal secretion of female which is acidic in nature.

Rest of the report as sperm count, percentage of active motile sperm and morphology is also within normal limits .
The only abnormal finding is presence of 1-3 pus cells and RBC suggestive of infection either in seminal vesicle or Prostate which can be cured by taking antibiotic for 2 weeks.
