General & Family Physician 's  Response

The symptoms that you have indicate that your general health is not good. You need to have a few blood tests done. If you are a young man it can be due to overproduction of male hormones and testosterone. Nutritious and balanced diet will be of help to you. Take a lot of nuts, protein rich food like legumes, dairy products, eggs and non- vegetarian food. Vegetarian foods are also equally good. Add fruits and fresh veggies in your diet.

Consult a doctor, you may need some nutritional supplements. Take milk and energy giving drinks. Start workouts, visit a gym and talk to an expert. You need to strengthen your rectus muscles, it will increase the tone of your pelvis and help to increase the retention power.

Retention power can also be increased by meditation. Mind is a powerful organ. Try to practice meditation on a regular way. There are a few medicines that can be of help to you. You should get examined clinically by a doctor to rule out any other factor playing role to cause such problems.
