Sperm Discharge During Sleep. Need Solution
Hello Doctor, I am 28-year-old male, I have been experiencing sperm ejaculation while at sleep for the past 10 years. I have not consulted a physician yet. It occurs when I do not practice masturbation. On an average it happens twice or thrice a month wetting my dress at sleep. Please provide me a solution for this, it has been bothering me for over these years. I have read it usually happens in teenage, but nearing to 30 I am afraid if it is becoming a serious issue for me. Kindly give me a detailed answer.

It is called Night discharge, nothing to worry.
At this age this is common due to sex excitement seeing some sexually stimulating things in surroundings,seeing porn etc during day time and resulting night discharge.
Avoid seeing sex exciting things like porn,sex videos.
Keep yourself busy whole day with your daily activity.
Pass some time with your friends and playing sports in the evening hours.
At night see light entertaining tv programme, read some good books.
Wear loose clothes during sleep.
Before going to bed pray the god.
