Sperm Analysis Report Shows 110 Million/ml Sperm Count. Can I Impregnate My Wife?

i am having problme to make my wife pregnant. we are planning for last 8/9 month. My sperm analysis report shows the following; Pls suggest me what is my situation and who should i do in coming days
1. Sperm Count: 110 million/ ml
2. Motility%- ( active 75%, Slugglish 15%, immotile 10%)
3. WBC/HPF-2-3
4. Color: Greyish white
5. Volume: 5 Ml

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would like to comment that your semen analysis report is well within the normal range of WHO standards as for as Sperm count, Sperm motility and morphology of the sperm is concerned .
The presence of 3-4 WBC suggests infection either in seminal vesicle or Prostate which can be combated by taking antibiotics for 1 month.

There is no reason why you should not impregnate your wife provided she does have any issue as far as ovulation is concerned,which can be ruled out by visiting a qualified Gynaecologist .
