Sound From The Knee Since Childhood. Suffer From Arthritis. Could It Be Due To Masturbation?

hi I need to ask you that some of my friends have told me that masturbation causes knee joint problem specially right knee. My both knees make sound while folding since childhood. So is it related to any joint problem?My weight is also more. if I am suffering from arthritis then what care shall i take for weight loss when I am in Gym.

To be begin with, there is actually no connection between masturbation and knee pain. Knee problems as you describe might be mechanical of inflammatory. Depending on the duration of the pain, periodicity, intensity, associated factors, alleviating and aggravating factors. this could be important in making a diagnostic orientation.
Results of the Knee X rays, biological markers of inflammation, rheumatoid factor could give us some direction in knowing the nature of the pain. Coupled with clinical evaluation data, an exact diagnosis can be arrived at. Masturbation has nothing to do with this pain, and I suggest you consult your family care physician for follow up.
