Sound from knee joint when standing up. Reason?

my knee joint creates sounds whenever i stand up from sitting condition. This was not there 8 months back. suddenly it appears and the nature of sound degrades gradually such that I stopped folding my knees and standip up from sitting condition. I am 24 now. what is the reason for such a situation and what are the treatment available ? thank you.

The grinding noise in the knee joint could be due to a minor knee joint inflammation or decreased joint lubricants. You need to take anti inflammatory medicines and joint lubricants orally. Doing physiotherapy exercises will also be helpful.
