is common during this time of the year. The best way to deal with it is to stay in and drink a lot of fluids, when I say a lot, I do mean a lot. Please also use liberal amounts of vitamin C
that you can get over the counter to help your immune system. It may also be advisable to eat only cooked food. Also if you cannot see a doctor till your appointment day, please be in constant touch with a health helpline in your area.
