Sore white spots on roof of mouth. Looking for treatment

I have a cluster of sore white spots across the back of the roof of my mouth. It started about a week ago after a long day of drinking on saturday. It was just red and sore but got worse and has broken out in to spots. I obviously had a poor nights sleep on saturday and think it may be from snoring a lot with my mouth open, but it doesn t seem to be getting any better and I d like some advice on what I can do to calm it down. I m hoping to see my doctor tomorrow, but if I miss the open surgery I won t get another until after the weekend. Thanks, Rick

It seems that you may be having aphthous ulcers on the inner part of palate..roof of mouth. It may be due to some cause or idiopathic..that is without cause.
Poor immunity, stress, worries, sleeplessness, vitamin deficiencies, infections anywhere in body,trauma,HIV,drugs..etc you consult dermatologist or oral may be investigated to find out some cause. And then the is treated.apply triamcinolone 1 % paint or glycerin. Do betadine gargles. Vtamin B complex, folic acid,iron..may be taken. Immunoboosters like levamisole 50 mg daily.

You may be alright.
