i have a sore under my shaft,i masturbate 2 to 3 times a day. i noticed it 5 days ago its only painful when i touch it.what might this be

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having soft tissue swelling.

I will suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined. Anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg and serratipeptidase will help in controlling your swelling.
Antibiotic may be needed.
