Sore Throat,fever,weakness,pain In Legs In 4 Year Old

my 4 yrs old daughter is having a sore throat for about 5 days now and she is having a fever with it. she is having the same problem for about to months now. she is alright for one weak n then again fell ill and having sore thoart and fever. she is getting weaker and weaker and she also complains about the pain in her legs. why she is having this problem and what should i do now?

it is a known fact that children at this age of 4 years are susceptible to cross infections at their playschool and also the highest lifetime occurence of upper respiratory infections occur during these years.
70 - 80% of these episodes require only a symptomatic treatment
it is normal for every kid to undergo that kind of cross immunity
hence do not worry
