Sore throat with a tickling cough, heartburn, blocked nose. Reasons ?

I have had a sore throat along with a tickly cough for over 2 weeks. There is also sometimes a slight burning sensation like mild heartburn from the top of my throat to my chest. I have blocked nose all the time and i feel very tired a lot of the time. The tiredness comes over me all of a sudden. I some occasionally but more recently, a lot more

Hi and thanks for the query,
For the blocked nose you can use decongestant nose drops like otrivin.
Instill 3 drops in each nostril 3 times a day for 5 days. 10 minutes after instilling the drops do steam inhalation .
You can take pain killers for the sore throat.
You probably require antibiotics and a cough suppressant so please consult a doctor for a prescription.
Some general measures you can follow.
1) Drink plenty of fluids.
2) Avoid cold foods and air conditioning.
3) Do warm salt water gargling 4 times daily.
4) Absolute voice rest for 3 days. No whispering and yelling.
