HI I have gone through your mail as you said that you are having sore throat for last three days, your throat is so bad that you feel pain on swallowing anything, than you developed pain in ear, severe frontal headache, and today morning during your nose blowing for cleaning thick mucous mixed with blood came out, considering your complaints I am suspecting that you are suffering from acute upper
respiratory tract infection with acute
otitis media with epistaxis, this entire disease process can be explain like this-first of all you got upper respiratory tract infection involving nose and
paranasal sinuses and throat, infection in sinuses causes headache, infection in
nasal cavity developed thick mucous mixed with blood, infected throat leads to pain on swallowing,
throat infection reached to your ear via eustachian tube (tubular connection between throat and ear),thus in this way you got infection in your ear and they become painfull.now you are advice toconsult your E.N.T. doctor to do physical examination of your Ear,Nose and throat and after clinical co-relation with some basic ivestigations like- C.T.Scan of paranasal sinuses, Pure tone audiometery, Impedance audimetery,Culture and sensitivity of throat swab etc, line of treatment can be planed.
