Sore Throat, Sore Front Teeth, Flu Like Symptoms. Any Ideas?

I have had a sore throat but kept my fluids up and after 4-5 days felt I was getting better. I am currently taking Atorvastatin 10mg 1 and Losartan potassium 500mg tablets both one daily for almost two years.

I woke this morning with sore front teeth like I've been hit in the teeth - dont have good teeth anyway but manage this with annual visit to dentist can you tell me why this is happening it feels like my top front teeth are going to fall out plus my flu-like symptoms eg achy body sore but not as sore as last week throat, but bad cough returned - at night almost coughing up flem -- which is clear not green I think because I'm hydrated drinking 2litres of water a day

Thank you -- really unsure about pain in top of front 2 teeth gum line -- teeth are solid not loose

Dentist Dr. Bindiya Bhaskar's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to health care magic forum.

Pain in top front teeth can be due to-periodontal infection due to Gin gi val recession and pocket formation as well as cervical abrasion.

Exposed root portion has to be restored with tooth colored restorative material.

A thorough scaling has to be done.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Include plenty of fruits as well as vegetables into your diet.

Please do visit a dentist for further reference.
Take care.
