Sore Throat, Moves Around, Extreme Tiredness, Healthy Lifestyle. Problem Debilitating

Hi. I have a very sore throat which appears to move around . Sometimes it s deep in the ear, sometimes its deep back in the mouth. Sometimes it feels as though its in the jaw, under the teeth . It has moved sides too. It feels under the skin in the tissues there, and not on the surface. I have also had extreme tiredness for no apparent reason. My diet is pristine and I lead a very healthy lifestyle. The problem is very debilitating.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have got acute upper respiratory infection and pain you feel at various places are due to referred or radiating pain.
There might be due to infection affecting the surrounding lymph nodes giving rise to this problem.
Go for one antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines as advised by your physician.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Do listerine gargling.
Ok and bye.
