The last few days I ve been suffering from sore throat . Being a cash patient, my physician didn t wish to give me a strep test (Though frankly based on my small amount of knowledge, it s not strep. The first day, felt like I was swallowing razor blades; the second day, I found myself hoarse for the better part of the day and feeling marginally better. The third day, I went to an amusement park with my family, the better part of the morning was perfect, no soreness, no lingering raspiness. As the day progressed, I found I had less and less of a voice. Upon awaking today, I had minor soreness, and no voice at all. It feels like congestion, only slightly less annoying, I cannot dislodge whatever is obstructing my speech. Any thoughts?
