Sore Throat, Dizziness, Vomiting And Headache. Why Have I Been Sneezing?

I have woken up and have been vomiting , I m also dizzy, have a headache and a sore throat , my glands have been up all day, I ve been sneezing and before I went to bed I felt a little congested. I can t sleep now because I can t close my eyes and my body keeps shivering and twitching. Any idea what it could be? I ve never felt this way before. Thankyou.

From your description it seems you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection which may or may not have travelled down to your lungs. You need to take a course of antibiotics like augmentin 625 mgm thrice a day, take crocin or combiflam 2 to 3 times a day and an antiallergic like cetrizine twice a day. Also take a PPI like pantoprazole once or twice a day for the gastritis and domstal or emeset on sos basis for vomiting. Take adequate rest, drink plenty of water and have nutritious food. You will improve with this but if symptoms continue, you will have to go in for lab tests and a xray of chest for which i will advice you to consult a physician or a pulmonologist.
