Sore Throat, Bloody Mucus From Nose, Sore Right Jaw Hinge. Cure For Symptoms?

I have a sore throat, that has now spread to my sinuses. I have yellow and green, and on a few occasions bloody mucus from my nose. Now I also have a hoarse throat. I have had these symptoms for five days. I am not sure if this is related, but before I had any other symptoms, my right jaw hinge is sore and hard to open my mouth wide.

Hi and thanks for the query
from your symptoms it looks like you have upper respiratory tract infection ie infection in your nose, throat and sinuses as well.
Since the infection has persisted for more than 5 days you will require an appropriate antibiotic, an anti inflammatory and decongestant nose drops
See a doctor immediately.
Till then follow some general measures
1) Voice rest. Absolute rest for 2 days and then start talking in a soft voice. Do not whisper and no shouting.
2) Warm salt water gargling 5 times per day.
3) Avoid icecreams and cold foods.
4) Avoid air conditioning and fan.
5) Steam inhalation.
6) General rest for 2 days.
