Sore Neck, Pain Behind Right Ear With A Huge Bump After A Physical Fight. What Is It ?

Hi im really scared my husband and I got in a big fight yesterday and it got physical it happened so fast I dont know exactly what happened. My neck was very sore all night and when I woke up I had pain behinde my right ear.when I felt back there almost started cryingbecause it hurt so bad there is a huge bump it is soooo sore...what is it? And do I need to go to the e.r.

hi,
you must be careful about your problem ,take some pain killers and wait, if neck pain is still there and you feel vomitting or nauseaor drowsiness. then you must visit some neurosurgeon.if you dont feel these symptoms then relax it may be superficial tissu injury behind your ear.
