Sore Neck, Chest Heaviness, Nausea And Dizziness. Could It Be Muscular?

I have a sore neck and had a heaviness in my chest yesterday was very shaky and nauseous and light headed today I took a bad dizzy spell and felt very distant and when I spoke it didn t seem like me ..hope this makes sense .any ideas my doctor said yesterday it was muscular but I m not so sure, should I be concerned , I m a 50yr old woman

Hello there!
Soreness and dizziness doesnt look like all muscular. You should have a cardiac assessment with EKG and echo and hearing assessment to rule out syncope or vestibular dysfunctions. once ruled out all you would need is some prokinetics, Antivertigo and rest with some acetaminophen
