Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of information provided it appears your swelling in neck can be because of
1. Hematoma in neck secondary to neck injury
2. Lymph node swelling secondary in the infection in throat
I would advise you to avoid any movement at neck.Your hoarseness of voice can also be a part of wither of the illness (either nerve injury in neck or swelling in voice box). Hearing loss in ear can be because of wither
1. Tubal blockade swcondary to throat infection
2. Collection of blood secondary to whiplash injury
Please arrange for a ENT consultation and a Orthopaedics consultation to resolve the issue.
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if your need more information on this

With warm regards

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. You are suffering from whiplash, but you didn't have any treatment. I think you have diagnised it by your own self. you didn't mentioned how long did the time pass since the accedent. if it is long back as 2years or more, present symptoms may not be related to the accedent. It may be a pharyngitis due to cold. When it effects more submandibular glands swell and become pain full. If still continues un treated may lead to sinusitis , eyes, ears, throat are effected and show the symptoms. I advise you to consult an ENT surgeon, for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recomendations as avoid taking fruits, juices, brinjal, fish, other sea foods. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, and dry fruits to inprove the blood, general health, and resistance to fight such infections.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
