Sore Left Shoulder,tingling Sensation.Treatment?
I work as an assistant nurse in age care home for a few years and now I have very sore left shoulder and radiates to the full length of the arm and it also gives me tingling sensations in my arm. I have to put up with a lot of pain and sufferings. I have visited the chiropractor on numerous occasions yet it has not solved the problem. What is your diagnosis and what can I do to solve this pain?

Radiating pain from shoulder to arm with tingling sensations indicates neurological involvement.It might be due to some compression on the any nerve from vertebra to shoulder.It usually occurs after any heavy weight lifting,improper position during sleeping,sitting,exercise,sports activity.
Usually muscle,soft tissue injury is also present with it.
You have to take oral nsaid with muscle relaxant.
Intra muscular nsaid injection will be helpful to subside severe pain.
Supportive therapeutic dose of oral with intra muscular b12,folic acid is recommended with oral pregabalin..Calcium,d3 will be helpful.
Go for x-ray cervical and shoulder region under guidance of orthpedician and start treatment accordingly.
