The problem seems to be of a typical flu. The presented symptoms are accompanying symptoms of flu in the start of the flu.
At today's atmosphere it is better to consult a general physician if you have flu symptoms and fever. He will advice you on further treatment. No self medication please.
Get well soon,.

It seems that you might be having acute viral infection.
Take some decongestant with analgesic tablet like Diominic DCA, which will give you relief from headache, body ache and running nose.
Take some cough suppressant syrup as well.
avoid cold drinks, junk food.
