Sore Feet, Tender To The Touch Post Walking, Climbing Ladders, Second Episode. Treatment?

My feet are super sore and very tender to the touch. This is the second time this has happened and it occurred very rapidly in a matter of an hour or so. Last time it happened I was wearing some flip flops and assumed it was because of the flip flops this time I was wearing shoes but climbing ladder all day as per my job. While wearing the flip flops I did a lot of walking that day.

Your having Fascitis- and you need pain medication- antinflammatory- like Ibuprofen or Naproxen. You need to do early morning stretching too.

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of DIABETES may be the underlying cause for your sufferings.

check your blood sugar levels on fasting and post pardinal may confirm the diagnosis.
