Sore Coccyx After Doing Crunches. Jumped Rope, Push Ups, Pain Flared Back. What Is Responsible?

I had a sore coccyx recently from doing crunches without a floor mat. The pain had seemed to subside as I have not done cruches for near 2 weeks now and since then have purchased a gym quality mat. However I jumped rope last night for 10 mins and then performed 5 x 10 sets of push ups now pain is back. Can either of these execises be responsible for this flaring up again?

Hello, it's coccydynia...resolves slowly. You need to avoid exercise at present...get a x ray done, take some analgesic and anti inflammatory along with some physical therapy. If the condition doesn't improves you can go for a local injection too.
