Hello ma'am and welcome.

If a mammogram has not reported any abnormalities you should be looking into hormonal causes. Are you on any contraceptives of any form of birth control? Are you around the age of 45 years or older? Do you have any signs or sympto s of infections? And many other details need to be discussed with your doctor before you request for a mammogram straight away.

Please meet a doctor and discuss and rule out all other details before suspecting anything else.

As for the scab, this is like an open wound and can result in infections. Make sure this is well addressed and treated, once it is if your symptoms persist; make that visit to your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
