Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Are the tremors present at rest or do they occur when you are moving your hand and disappear at rest? Sometimes postural tremors may occur when you are holding your hand or affected body part in a particular position for a period of time.

Causes of tremors are stress and anxiety, too much consumption of caffeine or alcohol, low blood sugar(hypoglycemia),autoimmune disease like multiple sclerosis, thyroid disorders and liver disease.

Check out your emotional state and coffee or alcohol consumption. Also get your blood sugar, thyroid hormones and liver function tests done from a physician.
Hope it helps you. Regards.
