Solution For Stitch Mark

i am 20yr old and stay in Mumbai
I had a stitch mark on my forehead which is rarely noticeable as it happen when i fall down 4m the stairs when i was 2yr old
But still i want 2 remove it off from my face
What treatment should i follow n when should i consult n could b the treatment charges
Also i have hair fall problem
Please guide me for the same
