Welcome in H.C.M.
I have gone through your query regarding snoring
and degenerative twisted neck which inturn giving rise to difficulty in swallowing.
As per your clinical history is concerned you are basicaly having snoring without apnoea, though I have not not investigated you but it appears as your loose pharyngeal soft tissue
is responsible for snoring. If you are not interested in surgery than you may use C-PAP in sleeping hours.
For the treatment of dysphagia you need to correct collapse upper part of esophagus
, which is possible by surgical correction by expert hands of cardiothorasic surgeon.
I hope your query is answered.
