General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear...
The symptoms suggest that you might be having Allergic rhinitis.
Management include:
1. Antihistamine preparations like Fexofenadine to provide symptomatic relief.
2. Nasal decongestants to relieve blocked nose
3. Montelukast preparations as a maintenance therapy to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies.
Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens.
Wishing you a good health.
Thanks & take care.
