or skin prick test.
Allergies to house dust mite, fungal spores are common at this time of the year. Knowing the triggers will help taking avoidance steps to decrease further exposure. Also timing the antihistamine tablets and nasal sprays depending on the allergic triggers will help in the long term.
A CT scan paranasal sinuses
will be required if there is little improvement with cetirizine
10mg once daily and flixonase nasal spray 2 sprays per nostril
twice daily for 2 months.
