I've heard a lot about a book and I picked it up and have read enough to be able to recommend it to you. Smoking
weed and smoking cigarettes or anything is the same to me just variable.
It isn't good for your lungs and many other aspects of your health to smoke anything.
I recommend that you see a family doctor for blood tests due to your somewhat excessive weight loss

If you are really stressed out I recommend talking to one of the Physicians online here if you don't have a family doctor or talking about what is bothering you to your family doctor.
Speaking to your doctor will determine what level of stress you are experiencing and if treatment is needed.
Write down what is stressing you out and what is triggering your pot smoking.
