Hello
You are at an increased risk for future cardiovascular problems since you are overweight, bad family history and very bad personal habit of smoking.
You must continue your anti cholesterol medicine and quit smoking at the earliest.
Adopt a regular regime of exercises and try to bring your weight down by at least 10 kg.
Thanks
