Smelly Watery Stools After Eating Meat, Peas. Breast Feeding, Lost Weight. How To Cure?

i have got smelly watery stools after eating meat and peas.it have been a month i hav got this problem.i had this problem six yrs back.i met a gastroenterologist and he gave me medications for microbial infection and it was cured.i have lost wight 4kgs in one month.i am a breastfeeding mother.my son is 9 months old.i hav got work stress @office too.hav checked thyroid 6 months back and it found ok.Expect suggestions.
