Hello, Above clinical features are mostly suggestive of mixed type vaginal and urinary infection. Do some tests like vaginal swab test, urine examination- routine, microscopic & culture. It will help to make a concrete diagnosis. Proper antibiotic medication, urine alkaliser and vaginal suppository like 3-nite or clindamycin & clotrimazole combined gel at bed time are quite helpful to treat this type of problem.
