Hi

Thanks for your query

From your description of the condition, it looks like you are having scabies. It is an infestation of the skin caused by a mite. Scabies lesions are mostly seen over abdomen, thighs, axilla, breast in females and in web spaces of fingers.
It is a contagious skin infection and is usually spread by touch and by infected bedding.
What you need to do is to apply topical permethrin five percent lotion over your whole body below the neck at night. Leave it overnight for 12 hours over your body and then take bath again in morning and disinfect all the clothes and the bedding by washing them separately in hot water.
In addition, you might need oral antihistamines to relieve the itching.
Do enquire if anybody else in your family also has a similar itchy condition. They should also be treated along so that reinfection does not take place.
Hope it helps
