Small, red dots on penis. Not itching. Cause?

Hello, I have some wierd small red dots on my penis . Could you give me your opinion? Background story: My penis looked ok yesterday at 10am (no small red dots). Then I started masturbating for around 10 min. Later at the same day, about at 21pm, when I headed to the toilet, I noticed small red dots. At the moment, red dots are still present and in same number on my skin. Red dots are located only on skin, about 1.5 cm below the glans . They are about 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter and located 95% (near capillaries) on front part of penis skin (the skin which you see while looking down to your penis). They are few dots on it s back side. Those red dots are not itching. When I think of it, those dots kinda follow my hand grab position during masturbation. I ve haven t had sex for more than a month now as I am on my internship in another country (situated in the hostel at the moment).

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed Ballanitis (Infection of the glans penis) due to rough and vigorous handling of your penis while masturbating.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic like Neosporin for application over glans penis .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
