Hello, I have some wierd small red dots on my penis . Could you give me your opinion? Background story: My penis looked ok yesterday at 10am (no small red dots). Then I started masturbating for around 10 min. Later at the same day, about at 21pm, when I headed to the toilet, I noticed small red dots. At the moment, red dots are still present and in same number on my skin. Red dots are located only on skin, about 1.5 cm below the glans . They are about 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter and located 95% (near capillaries) on front part of penis skin (the skin which you see while looking down to your penis). They are few dots on it s back side. Those red dots are not itching. When I think of it, those dots kinda follow my hand grab position during masturbation.
