Small Red Circle With Clear Dot In Center On Arms, Recurring. What Could It Be ?

Over last several months one small red circle w/clear center except for a dot in the miiddle recurs one at a time on my arms. There is no itching, pain, discharge, no other syjptoms. They never get more than 1/2" in diameter and cause no discomfort, besides some anxiety over what it could be? i do have a primary diagnosis of Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder.
