Small red buds on tongue, with bad pain and burning sensation. Is it ulcers?

i am 15 years old girl and there too many problem inside my mouth.the small buds on my tongue are becoming very red and large. the tip of the tongue is also paining badly and becoming red. i am also having a ulcer , the side of the tongue and inside cheeks is having wounds by its own. oh god!what is happening to me. i am unable to eat as it burns. please tell what is happening and solution for it!!

the chances of gerd and excess acidity
can be due to other drugs or the spicy oily and fatty food
as there is aciditythe acid comes up in the mouth leading to all the signs you wrote
suggest to consult doctor ent specialist who can diagnose
till you can try non greesy non oily and non spicy food
take lot of warm water
apply triamsolone mouth paint on the effected parts and add liquid antacids

Small red buds on tongue, with bad pain and burning sensation.
These all symptoms suggesting that may have deficiency of iron and folic acid (most probably).
for better exclusion consult ENT specialist.
