Dear Dr Dikshika,
hello, you might be having pyogenic granuloma. These are benign small red to brown elevated asymptomatic lesions that bleed even on slight manipulation. Ear is a common site for these. The treatment is very simple, get the RF cauterization done for these lesions. Its a small procedure not taking more than few minutes. Take a course of oral and topical antibiotics for 5 days to prevent any superceding infection. Hope that answers your query. take care.
