General & Family Physician 's  Response

Based on the description provided this could be related to an infection called human papillomavirus (HPV), but this is based only on the information you have provided.

A simple physical examination conducted by a doctor can rule out/diagnose the same.

In the meantime, please abstain from all forms of sexual contact. Report to your doctor at the earliest.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
