Small Lump On Left Side Of Adam's Apple,not Painful

I recently noticed a small lump on the left side of my Adams apple. It does not move and hurts to touch. What could this be? I m a 35 year old female.

Hi Cristydz , welcome to H.C.M.Forum, it could be swelling of thyroid called goiter . for this you need to consult endocrinologist to decide whether it is hypo thyroid goiter or hyper thyroid goiter ,and decide the line of treatment to be given. thank you.
