Small Lump On Groin Area, Pulling Sensation In Testicle. Coughing Test Negative. Treatment?
i have a small lump on my right side in the groin area, i noticed on tuesday night. yesterday i started feeling some kind of downwards pulling sensation on my right testicle , but no pain. i read that it could be hernia yet i tried the coughing test, and nothing. also some slight pain in the lower back like around the waist level; anyhow, what could be wrong with me?
