Small Lump Above My Navel, Growing In Size, Stomach Cramps, Lump Depresses On Pressing. Causes?

I have a small lump directly above my navel. I accidentally pushed on it, and it seems to dissipate into my body... But it then comes back shortly after. Once the lump grows larger, it gives me a stomach cramp . Once it has disappeared back into my belly, the pain is gone, but the pain begins again once the ball/lump rebuilds. I am a 24 YOF with no significant PMHx. This has been going on for about 1 yr or so.

hello

Thanks for query

As per your query , most likely it is an umbilical hernia.
This can happen in people who have health problems that create pressure in the belly, such as being overweight, being pregnant, or having too much fluid in the belly (ascites). It can also occur due to chronic cough or constipation.
Without treatment, there is a risk of a strangulated hernia, which means that part of the intestine or fat is trapped and blood supply to the tissue is cut off. This can be very painful. It requires emergency surgery.
surgery is typically recommended to avoid possible complications — especially if the umbilical hernia gets bigger or becomes painful.

i hope this will help

best wishes
