Small knot on jawline, does not shrink in size, muscle pain in area, spreading condition. Treatment?

I have a small superficial knot on my jawline that doesnt hurt but is very hard, its been there a few weeks now and doesnt seem to be shrinking. I thought it was an ingrown hair at first but it never changes and doesnt hurt in any way. now Im getting muscle pain in the area of the lump and I m worried theyre related. There also seems to be a second one forming adjacent to this one.

Thanks for your query.
Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lump. Possibilities that may need to be considered include lipomas, cysts, growths from underlying connective tissue etc.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the X-ray of the area affected and FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) of lump under his/her guidance.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
