Small Growing Mass In Right Side Of Muscles Next To Shoulder, Feels Itchy, Pains. What Is It ?

years ago i started feeling a small mass in my thoric right side on my muscles next to shoulder blade.Now it has gotten bigger and the feeling of being itchy then goes numb to severe pain to touch the skin.My drs dont know what to tell me and now i must go into pain management .I would like some sense of what iam dealing with before i go to another doctor.Thank you so much

It seems that you might be having Infected sebaceous cyst or Lipoma.
Consult surgeon and go for surgery.
In both conditions, if there require surgery.
