Small Grey Painful Bumps/spots On The Tip Of Tongue. Is This Normal ?
My daughter (6 years) was complaining of her tongue hurting and this morning there are small grey bumps/spots on the tip of her tongue where she says the pain is located. Is this normal? I feel like I should take her to a quickcare because I ve never experienced this before, and she is still complaining of pain. Thank you for your time.

Painful spots on tongue may be due to aphthous ulcers.
Apply anaesthetic gel on the affected area.
Avoid spicy foods.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Vitamin becosules,iron supplements has to be administered.
Take care.
