Small Firm Lump Above Right Nipple. History Of Having Knots, Lump Remained After Massaging Away All Knots. Opinion?

I have a small lump just above my right nipple , it feels bigger and slightly tender on waking and gets smaller and flatter in the day , it's firm but gives a bit when pressed , I recently had a lot of knots on that side due to overtraining and the lump was bigger and more tender , I have massaged all the knots out but this lump remains , it's smaller than my index finger tip , I felt the other side and there is something of a simlar shape but not swollen at all (feels normal)

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your query, i suspect you may have Fibroadenoma breast.
It is a benign tumour.
It is most common in women.
You have firm small lump, it is usually benign.
Cancerous lumps are harder and irregular in size.
Physical examination by doctor is needed to differentiate it from benign and malignant.
Breast ultrasound and Mammography are helpful in diagnosis.

Biopsy may be done to get a definite diagnosis.
Lump may be removed or left in place.

It is very rare to be a cancer.

If the lump is left in place and to be watched carefully, it may need to be removed at later time if it grows rapidly or changes in consistency.

Hope this helps.
If any doubt, kindly reply.
Take care.
