Small Circular Bruises On Feet, Numbness In Toe, Vomiting And Dizziness, ADHD, Anxiety. Done CAT Scan And Spinal Tap. Emergency?

About two days ago I noticed small circular bruises on the top of both of my feet. About 6 on top of my left foot and about 5 on top of my right foot. All of them are tender to the touch with increasing pain when walking. This pain doesn t radiate up my legs at all, which I hope is a good thing. I should mention however I do have numbness in my right pinkie toe that seems to be constant. In addition to my pinkie numbness, I also experienced, about 2 years ago, mind blowing migraines/head aches that went on continuously every day for 2 weeks. Went to ER in which they did various testing including CAT scan and a spinal tap, which came back normal. I did have additional symptoms of complete numbed in fingers, mainly in my right hand, and complete numbness in my right big toe. I do not, nor was I told that these symptoms were or could be related. I did experience complications with having the spinal tap. Which I returned to the ER with dizziness, falling, vomiting and not being able to stand or sit up without these symptoms. Relief would only come from laying flat on my front with my head covered up blocking any or all light and noise. I was told the site were the spinal tap was performed that the hole never properly closed and that spinal fluid was leaking out. To correct this I needed to have a blood patch performed the next morning at the hospital. I went in, triage was done but, when the surgeon came in to speak with me before I was to have the blood patch, he recommended I didn t need to have the procedure done. Due to some of my symptom had eased over night, not completely but I was able to walk, slanted forward but just briefly. And the numbness was still present in my finger tips and right big toe. Overview is I m a 29 year old female, no major health conditions that I m aware of. I do however have mental illnesses I ve had most of my adolescent and adult years. Which include: ADHD, major depressive disorder and anxiety. I have been on medication for these and always have been since diagnosed. I do not have health insurance, therefore going to the ER or doctors office I would consider if absolutely necessary. I am concerned though with small circular bruising on both feet and complete numbness in my pinkie. Any advice or instruction would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

Hi,
I have gone through your complete query with diligence and quite empathetic to multiple of problems. Regarding your bruises - it is a simple phenomenon, if your bleeding time, clotting time and platelets are normal then there is no need to worry. SO you can go for these tests to confirm the normalcy of the blood profile in relation to that.
Rest of your multiple problems needs proper evalution for best of diagnosis. I suggest you to meet a physician who can evaluate each an eery of the issue in detail and then can suggest you the best solution for each probelm.
