Small child, throat pain, running nose, fever. Taking ibugesic plus, ginger, honey. Sufficient treatment?

My child is 5 1/2 years old. Two weeks ago she had a troath pain and running nose and i gave her salt water gargles and sterimar ( saline nose spray) followed by nasivin nose spray. We live in XXXXXXX and she attends kindergarten. Last week on friday she got the troath pain again with fever and the running nose appears thick. She got Ibugesic plus for the fever and pain and is also getting the nose sprays and a cough syrup mucupront. But i have to give her ginger and honey in addition. Is this treatment sufficient?

The treatment could be sufficient for common cough and cold / flu. But, get her examined by a doctor ,if not done yet. There might be other sign, symptoms, complications which you are missing.
Common cold should not persist more than 6-7 days.
You should also check that you are giving right doses of medicines.
Please note, medical errors like overdosing, underdosing, side effects and drug interactions are very serious in children. Don't use any medicine unless prescribed by doctor.
