Small Child, Swelling On Right Testicle. Ultrasound Shows Tubular Cystic Lesion. Cause Of Worry?

My Son is One Year and 10 Months Old. Two days before we found swelling type of formation at his Right Testicle . We got done USG Report Says E/O welldefined tubular cystic lesion in right inguinoscrotal region measuring 3.9 x 2.7 x1.9 cm Vol 11 cc. No Septa or internal echoes. It is seen separately from right testicle. is this serious and what measures should we take?
